Rebranding After 40 Years
 

The National Policy Alliance is celebrating a powerful milestone, 40 years of advocacy and impact. After 40 years, the National Policy Alliance felt is had a bigger calling, to actively impact communities across the county. To help achieve this goal, a rebranding and relaunching was needed.

This rebranding helped the National Policy Alliance: (1) identify 5 pillars for community engagement, (2) develop a more sleek, modern website, (3) identify a bigger approach to youth development, and (4) find opportunities to support unity across the county.

Empowering Women & Communities

Jentuby began operations in the United States in 2022, with a goal to provide safe spaces for women, while fighting against domestic violence and the abuse among children. On May 3, 2025, Jentuby hosted their Inaugural Women's Empowerment Brunch at Chandelier's Catering, featuring a panel of speakers and a heavy focus on mental health.

This event resulted in 29 guests, 4 raffle winners, 2 sponsors, and 1 incredible breakfast. Some guests and sponsors include: Former Supreme Court Judge Ronald A. Gregg, and Jersey City's Council President Joyce A. Watermen.

Decade of Impact, Redefined

On May ​13, 2025, the Richmond County Black Minority Chamber of Commerce ("BMC") celebrated it's 10 Year Anniversary at the Success Tribe's Summit. During this summit, BMC needed help developing a simple visual, demonstrating their 10 year's of helping Staten Island W/MBE businesses.

As a result, the visual was received, with high favor, by members of the National Black Chamber of Commerce, strengthening ties between the local and national chamber.

Summer Enrollment Campaign

Summer is a challenging time for most businesses catered to the youth. The School of Rock - Carlstadt, was no exception. Starting May 2024, we launched a comprehensive marketing and branding strategy, through: (1) Regular Open Houses, (2) 1 Year Anniversary Celebration, (3) Partnering with local chambers to promote the student's performance, and (4) Highlighting the culture within the organization.

As a result, our targeted, strategic efforts resulted in an impressive 34% increase in student enrollment over just three months. Students performed at notable venues, including: the American Dream Mall, and the Barrymore Film Center.
